Together, Stephanie Han and Rosy Ibarra, our co-founders bring nearly 50 years of combined semiconductor and supply chain experience, spanning procurement, operations, supplier management, business development, and customer engagement.

While Stephanie's expertise was built through supplier management and operational execution, Rosy's experience was developed through customer relationships and business growth across the Americas. Their complementary perspectives inspired the creation of InfiniteSCM—a company dedicated to connecting trusted partners, simplifying collaboration, and creating a global ecosystem where businesses can unlock infinite supply chain possibilities.

Beyond business, Stephanie and Rosy share a vision of creating a lasting legacy within the industry that has provided so many opportunities throughout their careers.
